Description: Bartimaeus' right arm is sheathed in flames as his other arm is encrusted with ice. These two opposing elements create a volatile reaction when they encounter each other, especially when they are compressed in such a state. Bartimaeus forces the two elements into his palms and smashes them together. This compression causes a type of small pod in which the two elements are stored. Bartimaeus then throws the pod at his opponent which shatters upon impact and releases ice and fire, causing significant damage to his opponent and both freezing and burning them at the same time.

Description: Bartimaeus uses his uncanny ability to morph his body to create a weapon with his own body. He normally creates a katar, though he has also been known to form a scythe, sword, and hammer before. This requires extreme concentration and so it depletes his Tsukara rather quickly. However, the weapon, once created, requires no energy to be sustained and if he wishes to change weapons mid-battle, it costs 50 Tsukara. His weapons are as strong as steel and have extreme manueverability considering they are part of him.

Description: Bartimaeus' body sprouts spines of varying length which he can extend or retract at will. If these spikes make contact with an enemy, he can create barbs on them so that his opponent cannot easily escape from them without a large amount of pain. He can extend these spines and wrap them around his foe, pulling them onto his spiny body and puncturing them in numerous places, causing immense damage and pain. These spikes are also as hard as steel.

i would consider Spike more of a attack, or offensive special rather than a defense. You elaborated on how it was an attack, rather than how it defends you.

I'd say it has either capability, though it is used most often as a defense.

Description: Just as with the antipode bomb, Bartimaeus gathers the elements of fire and ice within his arms. However, he now builds that power up into his hands until both his arms are sheathed in fire and ice, right and left respectively. His punches, when they connect, are now quadrupled in terms of strength. If the opponent is hit with his left fist, their evasion and counter rolls are lowered by 1. If the opponent is struck with his right fist, his attack and counter rolls are raised by 1. If he decides to do so, he can release both the ice and fire within his arms to cause a large explosion that deals immense damage to his opponent; this is what causes the 450 damage. However, if he does not release the energy within 1 hour, it will either dissapate if he used it up while punching or explode, causing 150 damage to him instead.

Description: If he makes a successful counter roll, Bartimaeus' body becomes completely malleable and captures the opponent's fist or melee weapon by separating where he would be hit and clamping down on it. In this case, his body would attempt to shatter the weapon or merely keep it within itself so that his opponent cannot regain it. If it is a punch, however, his body will crush his opponent's arm and fist. If the enemy uses a ranged attack, like a bullet, his body will become like rubber and the bullet will rebound on his attacker, causing double damage. He would still receive any elemental damage that would come with it though.

He is very vulnerable in this state, however, and a well-aimed attack could in fact hit his heart. It wouldn't kill him, but he would be stunned and the damage would be a large amount.

For each hit, he decreases his opponent's dice rolls by 2- 1st hit= atk, 2nd hit= def, 3rd hit= evade, and so on. Afterwards he suffers a penalty of 1 on his attack and escape rolls.

Liquidate doesn't seem to be matching with its Tsukara, the level of Tsukara should be higher for an attack that makes you into a liquid.

It's not an attack so much as it is a move that allows me to dodge. The tsukara level for using it to escape is large enough.

But, the evade still is too low.

Description: As Bartimaeus fights, the elements within him distort into a maelstrom of fury, fighting against one another and creating a volatile storm. At one point, this energy must be released lest it have a rebound affect on the lycanthrope himself. Therefore, regardless of whether or not he fights against one opponent or more, he will instantly release a burst of plasma from his pores which deal massive damage to those around him. The damage dealt depends on how long he has been fighting.

Description: This is a technique that Bartimaeus only recently mastered. As the elements within him are in constant conflict, they are extremely volatile. Recently, he figured out a way to become a living elemental for a short period of time.

When he calls upon fire, his skin turns to magma and his hair bursts into flame, his eyes turning completely brownish red. While in this form, he adds 100 attack to each punch and his opponent's dodge roll is decreased by 2.

As an ice elemental, his skin turns into a layer of ice and his hair turns blue as his eyes become yellow. In this form, the opponent's dodge roll and attack roll are decreased by 2 and all of his antipode attacks' tsuara value decrease by 100.

As a lightning elemental, his skin becomes purple and his hair crystalizes while his eyes turn blue. His attack rolls are increased by 2 and the opponent's dodge and counter rolls are decreased by 2.

As a gas elemental, his entire body becomes white and his dodge and counterattack rolls are increased by 2. He can slow his opponent and steal his opponent's air, dealing 40 damage a post.

Another form is the Antipode elemental. In this form his body is in constant flux between fire and ice. In this form, his attack rolls are increased by 4 and his opponent's counterattack rolls are decreased by 2. Also, his attacks deal explosion damage and add 100 to his attack and can damage those around him.

Finally, he can become a plasma elemental. His skin becomes firey red, his eyes blaze, and his hair is replaced by fire. In this form, his attack and counter rolls are increased by 2 and everyone around him takes 100 damage per post.

For every post that he maintains this form, his life is decreased by 40, unless in Gear Second or Third. When in panther form, he becomes the corporeal formation of the elements and increases all of his rolls by an additional 3.

Ok. As I'm getting it, you take 85% of the damage (rounded up) and the opponent who dealt you that damage takes 15% (rounded down), is this correct?

To be honest, I think the reflection Aura would be better as an Ability instead of a technique. If you want to leave it as a technique though, I suggest making the technique Special with a Defensive benefit.

If I understand the technique right, are you saying that your character is unable to be wounded or are you saying that your character has a 100 damage negation but the full is automatically dealt to the opponent? For a cost of 250 only once, I don't think it would be fair. There wouldn't be a decent loss or gain. I think that this would only work well as an ability with a much higher cost or even as Armor or some kind of equipment with resistance.

I think more of a description would be great too though because I may not completely understand the technique's effects.

I see where you come from. Very well, instead I shall make it so that his Berserker armor gives him the aura, rather than himself. Reflection Aura is no longer a technique of his.
