B-Book

If you were on the old forum, you may know a little about the B-Book. For those of you that weren't, or didn't know much about it, I'll inform you now. The B-Book is a small blue book that can hold the name and details of the worlds bounty hunters and criminals. These criminals and bounty hunters, depending on their fame and strength, may have high bounties of their heads for their capture. Anyone can capture anybody that may have a bounty or is known to have a bounty on their head.

Name: The name of the person. This name may not be what they go by and may not always be accurate

Alias: A name that the person uses. This is good to know as it could help track down the person(s)

Alliance: Who the person works with currently, whether he is a bounty hunter, wanderer, or Suzaku member

Criminal Level: Level of criminal. From weakest to strongest~E, D, C, B, A, X

Element(s): The elements that the person(s) control

Info: A short bio of the person(s) given from the school's point of view

Bounty: How much money they are worth. The more money, the more dangerous

Info: A very powerful warrior who has been a threat to the school even in the past. He manipulates Ice and Psychic elements and is a threat to weaker warrior that may be of Blue, Yellow, or Red rank. He is very difficult to find and even more difficult to capture.

Bounty: 50,000 yen (500 Points)
