Kuroi Abilities

Corpse Possession
Effect: Kuroi can take complete control of any corpse he comes accross. While possessing the corpse, he is hidden inside it, and cannot be seen, except for a dark aura eminating from the host corpse that can only be seen by those completely in tune with their spiritual self. Kuroi's senses become those of the corpse (for example, a blind host would make Kuroi blind). The corpse gains a pulse, blood flows, and the host appears to be completely alive. While possessing a corpse, Kuroi retains his own Health and Tsukara; the corpse's wounds are visible, however do not hinder Kuroi at all.
Only a light, psychic, or spirit-based attack can kill Kuroi. If an attack other than one of these would result in the death of Kuroi while he is inhabiting a corpse, the corpse becomes immobile and Kuroi is trapped inside. If a month goes by with Kuroi trapped inside a corpse without him being killed, Kuroi can escape the corpse with half of his Health in his spirit form.
Activation Requirement: One corpse
Cost: -200 max Tsukara (instantly returns to normal while outside corpse)

Corpse Mimicry
Effect: 1) Kuroi can mimic every technique and ability of the person he is inhabiting. If the technique or ability involves some sort of weapon or elemental effect, Kuroi uses his dark aura to visually copy the effect. For example, if Kuroi copied a fireball attack, he would manipulate his dark aura to appear as a fireball. To the untrained eye, the attack would be completely real. To someone in tune with spirits, the fact that it was darkness and not fire would be revealed. Kuroi can do the same with swords, arrows, etc. All techniques and abilities copied by Kuroi gain the affinity Darkness, and all other affinities the technique would usually have are illusions. All activation requirements and costs are also copied.
2) When Kuroi leaves a corpse he inhabited, he memorizes one technique. This technique becomes Kuroi's permanently and can be used both in his spirit form and while inhabiting another corpse. He can only memorize one technique per host.
Activation Requirement: 1) Currently inhabiting one corpse; 2) Leaving one corpse
Cost: None

Spirit Form
Effect: This is Kuroiís true form, which can only be seen by those completely in tune with their spirit while he is outside of a body. To all others, Kuroi is completely invisible while outside of a body, however he can still be heard. In his spirit form, Kuroi can pass through solid objects. He is immune to all physical attacks, but takes 2x the amount of damage from light, psychic, or spiritual attacks in spirit form. In this form, he can fly without effort. Because of his free-flowing spirit-body, Kuroi gets +3 to his Evade dice while in spirit form. Also, when in spirit form he is unhindered by the eyesight of his host. Therefore, spirit Kuroi can identify the spirits of others, revealing the true form and strength of those he encounters.

~Is Corpse possession an in-battle ability or an RP ability since it seems to precede any other ability you use. If it is used for battles, it needs an actual cost and activation like: Activation-2 Special Dice, Cost-600 Tsukara or something like that. I would also like to know if Spirit Form is active from the start of battle. There's nothing wrong with it but I just wasn't sure by the description.

I added a cost to Corpse Possession. It's low, because once he has taken over the body he is already linked as if it where his own, and therefore can easily control it.

Corpse Possession and Spirit Form are basically opposites. Whenever he is not using Corpse Possession to inhabit a corpse, he is just a spirit, i.e. his Spirit Form.

The actual act of taking over a corpse is strictly RP, since it takes time and concentration to pull off. However, Kuroi can and will usually fight while inside a corpse as long as he was inside the corpse at the beginning of the battle. He'll be doing this most of the time, since Corpse Mimicry allows him to use more attacks and he is less detectable inside a corpse. Also, as a note, Corpse Mimicry does copy the costs and requirements of each copied aspect.

Spirit Form is really just a description of Kuroi outside of a body, when he is not using Corpse Possession. He usually would rather not fight in this form because he is more vulnerable and loses the host's abilities, but may use it for surveying an area or other RP related things. He would not fight in this form unless necessary.
