Name: Dragonhide Pants
Appearance: These pants are made from dragonhide and are very tough. They resist wear very well and are dark green in color. They are quite long due to Shang being over 6 feet tall. They are jeans and are covered with scales. These scales are what make these jeans so resistant to fire and magic. These pants are Shang's favorite pair and he wears them very often.
Effects: These pants halve fire damage to Shang and decrease Spellcaster damage to Shang by 150.
History: These pants were made for Shang by a master tailor. Shang got the dragonhide from a young dragon that he killed at age 16. He skinned the dragon and cleaned it. This process took about a week. When they were first made, they were very tough and uncomfortable. After a few years, they became slightly warm and very comfortable. These are Shang's favorite pants.

Name: Enchanted Bead Necklace
Appearance: This beaded necklace is made out of wood and thin rope. The beads are green and are blessed by a monk. The thin rope is just regular rope made out of nylon. This necklace is medium in size and and reaches Shang's lower chest. The necklace has beads of varying size, the biggest bead is in the center and has a swastika on it. It is not the swastika that was given a negative connotation due to the actions of the nazis but the positive Buddhist Swastika.
Effects: Close range attack damage to Shang is halved.
History: Shang traveled across the world after leaving his village. Along his travels, he helped out a monk who was in danger. As a sign of gratitude, the monk made a necklace out of the wooden beads and thin rope. This necklace was handmade and after it was completed, it was blessed by the monk in the name of his God. After doing that, the monk engraved the Buddhist Swastika onto the centerpiece bead. After that, he painted the beads green and presented them to Shang.

These things are somewhat hard to understand having somethings that don't fit the format. The 50% resistance; Is this supposed to mean that fire attacks that hit you have there damage halved?

The necklace being able to increase your dice roll by any factor is something that I am not inclined to approve. For that I suggest someone that is more likely to feel secure in allowing it or just Jisenki, if possible.

yes, 50% mean half damage and 10% means 90% of the damage

Enchanted Beaded Necklace can't have that effect. Only weapons increase or decrease the Dice of something. Equipment concerns only increases or decreases in damage that is inflicted.
