Ragna's Abilities

Name: Blood Kain
Effect: When Ragna uses Blood Kain, his right eye begins to glow dark red and a flow of dark energy begins to emit from his body. This ability causes all of his attacks have the Soul Eater effect, which steals health from his target, when his attacks make contact, and heals Ragna's health and tsukara by 50% of the damage he deals to his target. Blood Kain also increases the damage of all his techniques by multiplying the attack by 1.5. Side effects of this ability are Ragna being unable to completely control the darkness inside of him, which hurts him from the inside, and also it makes Ragna's body seem more like a true vampire's body meaning that exposure to pure sunlight will deal him 200 per turn and light element attacks do double the damage to Ragna. This ability lasts for three turns and during the three turns, Ragna's health drops by 125 each turn.
Activation Requirement: Activated by declaring it, but during the turn of activation, Ragna can perform only one more action.
Cost: -125 HP per turn for three turns. 250 Tsukara

To start, the description isn't long enough. You need 5 lines. Also, a more detailed description of the Soul Eater effect would be more helpful. I'm not saying that what you have isn't good enough, but in order to prevent confusion by anyone else in the future I think that you should give a more in-depth description. Also, Activation Requirement doesn't refer to anything done in Role-Playing. It refers to what method is being used to activate the technique, such as Declaring it, Rolling a Dice, When it is triggered under some circumstance, etc.
