Xexame's Ability

Name: Twilight's Binding
Effect: Black and white diamonds swarm from Xexame's hands and surround the opponent without touching him or her. While it is around the opponent, it disables any Defense dice that they roll unless the dice is a Special Dice with Defensive benefits. This ability only lasts for 6 turns at a time. It has a requirement and a Tsukara cost. The Twilight is made by some intertwining natures of Xexame's personality combined with his powers.
Activation Requirement:
This ability can only be activated after the target has already defended at least 3 times. It also has a Tsukara cost.
