Homeland: Grim comes from a very mysterious village, a village with a hidden past. The village seems to have dropped off the map about 6 years ago. Before the disappearance, the village was a bustling place filled with life and the spirit that fills the world ignorant to the destruction that surrounds it. Everything was truly perfect, it provided much grain for all villagers as well as though from other countries, and villagers were incredibly welcoming. Men, women and children of all ages came to bask in the grandness of the village before, during and after the festivals that were held in the village. But, 8 years ago the village disappeared, villagers and all without a trace. In place of the village, there was and is no trace of life, only barren ground that seems as if it could never have held life. There is no longer a sense of the old village and no longer anyone to tell tales that were held inside the village to spread the legacy. Grim is the only living descendant of the village and the only person able to tell the stories, but when asked about his past he refuses to answer about it.

Physical Description[Appearance]: Grim is of average height for his age(5' 8" (1.524 m)), with a deceivingly slim build. The rest of his appearance is homage to the death that he admires so much. His hair is light brown, always unruly and always hanging down in front of his eyes creating a shadow upon his face. The shadow somewhat impedes the sight of his eyes, but not to a degree that his eyes cannot be seen nor that the hazel tone brown color of his eyes cannot be distinguished. His shirt is a form-fitting jet black v-neck t-shirt, plain without the hint of originality or creativity. This t-shirt has fairly short sleeves which reveal the crow tattoo on his left arm, upper bicep. His pants are a type of camouflage, reminiscent of war and the death and murder that go on in war, held up by a dark brown belt. The belt is meant to reflect dirt, or more specifically the soil that covers corpses and the ashes of corpses. Along with the main ensemble, he also wears black Chuck Taylor sneakers, black fingerless gloves, pair of black-banded, orange framed goggles, a chain which hangs from his belt to his left pocket stopping his wallet from falling from his pocket and a small silver pendant made from the feather of a crow He can also be seen, most of the time, with a crow on his shoulder. This crow is his partner spirit (in animal form), with whom he always travels.

Personality: Grim is a hard to explain individual though it is best to try and classify him as having an “obsession with death”. His entire life revolves around the concept of death: the death of nature, the death of people, the death of animals, and the death of everything that can die. Death is an incredibly apparent aspect. But, though death in all forms is important to him, Grim has different levels of admiration of death: first is death of all but humans, followed by the natural death of humans, then accident death of humans and finally finished off by the most important form to him, murder of humans in every form. His fascination with unnatural human death centers on murder as his most important and also his favorite deed. The act of murder is somewhat of a pastime for him, as well as a way for him to become stronger; “the reason he gets out of bed in the morning”.

History/Background Story: Grim refuses to divulge about his past, leaving everything including his name with the village that disappeared 6 years ago, the village from which he came. But though he refuses to divulge does not mean that the past is not there for him. He was born in a small village to family of doctors (both physician and witch (Shaman)). Throughout the ages, his family was hailed for their brilliance in the field of medicine. He was meant to be the same; the pressure upon him was great, the pressure from the two sides of his family: the Shaman side and the Physician side. Since his birth, he learned the skills of both sides in an effort to sway his decision. Both sides tried to force upon him their ways for 10 years, the pressure of which broke him down mentally, and forced him to go over the edge. With his supreme skills as a Shaman, and his love for the dismantling and destruction of the human body as learned through his medical training, he went on a rampage with his partner spirit, destroying the village and killing everyone in the village, not allowing even one man, woman or child outside the boundaries. It took him one night to destroy every trace of the village leaving nothing but empty barren land in its place. There was nothing that he allowed to live through that night other than himself, not even the insect and animals in the area. After which, his insanity began to grow as he journeyed, bringing up the body count as he traveled. Eventually, on his 14th birthday, he was found and captured by some bounty hunter who sold him to the country’s government from which he was put into an insane asylum. The entrapment and torture that he faced only allowed his insanity to reach new heights. His time was spent biding time, and planning on the destruction. His plan was simple and simply played out with great success: using his meal spoon he killed the doctors of the hospital, and found his way to freedom from the jacket starting on a rampage to kill all patients, attendees, and other beings inside. He left the asylum in flames behind him as he began another journey, at the age of 15 after a year spent living in the asylum by himself. At the age of 16, he learned of and found his way to Suzaku, an evil organization, supposedly built upon the idea of purging the world, an idea that stood out to him bringing about excitement for him.

RPing Sample: A maniacal laugh hit the air, followed by a series of explosions and frantic screaming. In the brilliant moonlight, the fire held an incredible shine. Everything was ablaze and the only person not screaming was a 10 year old boy. He held a large black spear in his right hand, a defined crow tattoo on his left arm. There was nothing upon his face other than an insane happiness. Bodies lay around him, the color devoid of them, pools of blood collecting underneath them. A strange smile came about his face, as bodies fell left and right. The villagers ran, screaming, for the boundaries of the village as the smile of the boy faded. He jumped into the air, doing a back flip in air and landing before the crowd of fugitives. "Tut, tut, tut. There will be no leaving this festival. This is my very first festival, the Festival of the Moon, the festival of Death." A few murmurs and questions were heard from the crowd. "Isn't that the son of the Lee household?" "Is he insane?" "What have we done to deserve this?" He answered back, "You've done nothing to deserve this. I no longer go by that wretched name. And, yes, I an incredibly insane." Another maniacal laugh hit the air, erupting from the mouth of the boy. While he laughed, the insanity accentuated by the flames and moon hitting his face, a man stepped forward from the crowd, "Son, Kakashi, why do you do such things?" The laughing stopped at the familiar voice, a kind voice holding very masculine tones but not lacking in the tone though pleading with the boy. An anger appeared when he looked upon the man. An anger that he felt only when he looked upon the face of one of his family members. No answer came out of his mouth, only a small scream of fury as he rushed forward. A shocked look hit the face of his father, as he reached for his weapon from the scabbard. He fumbled with the blade, before his head hit the ground. The crowd went into a frenzy. Still angered by his father, he rushed in attacking and killing the villagers. A few escaped, but they were immediately dealt with. Three feathers in between the fingers of the insane child, he threw each one in a different direction. They exploded killing the remaining people and destroying the remainder of the village. The boy burst into laughter as the flames subsided and the ashes of everything spread throughout the winds. "Sadly, they had to face such a grim fate." His laughter continued into the night.
