Hei's Abiliies

Name: Bloodlust
Effect: Once Bartimaeus gets warmed up in battle, his primal instincts kick in- the ones that let him outrun leopards and lift elephants. His eyes turn blood red and his ears move to the top of his head, becoming black and furry cat ears. Whiskers also form. He doubles over and walks on all fours, his back legs having rotated so that his knees face backwards and his legs have more power. His speed increases as well as his attack. His attack dice roll is increased by 2 as well as his counter rol and evade roll, but his escape roll takes a penalty of 2.
Activation Requirement: Loses 700 health
Cost: N/A

Name: Gear Second
Effect: After bloodlust, he forces all of the blood to travel directly to his legs, giving them even more strength. Had his body been normal, the increased blood flow would rip through his veins and kill him. Through using this, while it does hurt him, his speed greatly increases. His attack, counter, and evade rolls are increased by another 2. However, his escape roll takes another penalty of 1- once he's involved in the hunt, he never wants to stop.
Activation Requirement: Bloodlust active
Cost: Uses 50 Hp.

Name: Panther form
Effect: When he activates this ability, Bartimaeus turns into a large black panther which has claws and teeth that can rival any blade. He still has control over his body, though, and can converse with other people even in this form. His attack and counter rolls increase by another 2 but his escape roll is automatically lowered to 5. His strength also increases by a large amount as well as his defense. He can still morph his body.
Activation Requirement: Anger, Bloodlust and Gear Second Active
Cost: N/A

Name: Gear Third
Effect: He has never tried it before, and probably never will... Probably.
Activation Requirement: Panther form active
Cost: HP Drops to 1500

I think he means the cost. Upon first glance, it looks incomplete because of the section that says: (If the activation requires a cost, state it here. Does it cost HP, Tsukara, or something else? State it here.)

Even if there is no cost, you still need to fill out that part by writing None, or more commonly, N/A
