Does anyone know how to register for class? I want to register and I know where to go but i didn't see any templates up yet. Should I just wait or should I still put them in anyway for my Profile Page? That's my main reason for wanting to register now.

Not every Tsurabi requires you to fill out a template. The fact that there is no template for the class either means that the Tsurabi has not been assigned or they have chosen not to put up an assignment. If you wish to register right now, just pm the Tsurabi asking them for permission to join.
