Personality:

Karen's personality is best described as highly confident. Not only is she confident in her won abilities, but she is always confident that she is right or at least on the right track. This comes with most things, including tests, information on people, you name it. To some extent she can be slightly annoying when she tries to outsmart people or prove them wrong but she's always around to help in whatever way she can. She means well and has good intentions, but sometimes its hard to see this through her miss-know-it-all attitude. She acts in a very nice manner and rarely talks bad about people. She is what many call "the voice of reason", as she does her best to keep her friends from making decisions that might be considered bad or dangerous. Oftentimes, she is very cheerful and happy to everyone and other times she can be very sad and unhappy depending on the situation.

Appearance:


For one thing, no one can help but notice her bright green hair that is about as long as she is tall. Her big, bright, joyful, green eyes show that she has a high level of confidence while also showing that she is open. Karen isn't in the least bit shy but she can be, at times, the least outgoing person around. She does help others with their own problems though, and does her best to motivate them. Like many girls, Karen appreciates the way she looks and does her best to maintain a certain level of decency, usually dressing in school uniforms that make her look more studious and more mature for her barely teenage years. Being a yellow ranked warrior, she dresses in a majority yellow color scheme with a little black and a little red.

History/Background:

Once belonging in an average school for girls, Karen became bored with the constant and never-changing cycle of waking up, going to school, doing the work, coming home, studying, studying, more studying, and repeating day in and day out. After living a life of boredom in a school located in the Ziale Country, Karen found a book that was known to teach basic spells. After learning a few of these spells, Karen realized that she had a great specialty for lightning techniques. She continued to read and purchase more books. With each new book she bought, she learned multiple new spells. They were basic spells, but they were still spells. Of course, she was too smart to use them in school. She understood the dangers of trying to conjure lightning in a room full of 19 other girls. Even so, her fascination with the power to cast spells never ceased. She searched everyday, now having a different perspective and outlook on life, for books on the spells that made the day seem a little longer. She found multiple books until she stumbled upon higher level books. Like the others, she read this book constantly and mastered the spells from the book. It was soon after that she developed a liking for alchemy due to hearing a story in class about famous alchemists that searched the world for the power to create immortality. Like the spellcasting books, she picked up some alchemy books until she became a great alchemist. After some long thought, she came to her parents one day, explaining that the life she was living was boring and that she wanted to do more in her life. Through many days of persuading, attempts at demanding, and even a little begging, she managed to convince her parents to send her to Sentou Gakuin, which she also learned about through books and through history class at her old school. She moved away, heading for Sentou Gakuin and starting at the rank of Yellow. She didn't come to Sentou Gakuin to be a warrior like most of the students. She came to run away from her old boring life and to start a brand new interesting life with powers as a not-so-average girl.
