Earning Experience Points are pretty simple to say the least and they are things you don't need to worry too much about since I'll be the one giving experience points. To start, 100 experience points will be like "gaining a level" in RPG terms and your character will gain a dice in all categories for a level. In some circumstances, depending on how great the battle was, your character(s) may gain Dice in multiple categories. Below is a chart showing how many Experience Points you will gain based on rank.
Experience Points are earned through a combination of a set number multiplied by the amount of lines you wrote in battle.
Yellow-Blue/Suzaku Grunt/Wanderer
Experience Points Earned= Total Amount of lines per battle multiplied by 10 divided by 2.
*Example: Posted 20 lines total a battle*
[Receive 100 EXP Points]
Elite/Suzaku Elite/Ryoushi Wander
Experience Points Earned= Total Amount of lines per battle multiplied by 10 divided by 4.
*Example: Posted 20 lines total a battle*
[Receive 50 EXP Points]
Master-Head Warrior/Suzaku Leader
Experience Points Earned= Total Amount of lines per battle multiplied by 5 divided by 4
*Example: Posted 20 lines total a battle*
[Receive 25 EXP Points]
As you can see, the amount of EXP you will receive as a higher rank is much lower than the amount you receive as a higher ranked warrior. However, if you are an RPer that writes many lines a post, you will find that leveling up and powering up your character won't be too difficult but even if you are a lower rank warrior that doesn't post much, you may have a hard time leveling up.
