| When in battle with a character, whether it is training or real combat, you should have some knowledge of what a chain is and how it works. A chain is the term used to describe the sequence of skill, techniques, and/or abilities used and how each move used within the chain affects the other moves within the chain. This may sound a little complicated, but its not, and it is easy to use the basic advantages of the chain without really understanding it. Below is the chain chart, which shows the Dice used initially and the Dice that can be "hooked on" to the initial Dice. Attack Dice | Spoiler: | | | -Attack Dice can be Defended -Attack Dice can be Evaded -Attack Dice can be Countered -Attack Dice can be Special [Defended] |
Defense Dice
| Spoiler: | | | -Defense Dice can have an Item used on it (if its ability corresponds to it) |
Evade Dice
| Spoiler: | | | -Evade Dice can not be chained |
Counterattack Dice
| Spoiler: | | | -Counterattack Dice can be countered a total of 2 times counting the 1st time. After the second time, the Counterattack used does not work and becomes a wasted dice, in which the person loses the Tsukara paid and the dice is voided. -Counterattack Dice can be defended against -Counterattack Dice can be Special [defended] against |
Escape Dice
| Spoiler: | | | -Escape Dice cannot be chained unless the effect of another technique, skill, or ability says so |
Special [Offens.] Dice
| Spoiler: | | | -Special [Offens.] Dice can be defended against -Special [Offens.] Dice can be Evaded against -Special [Offens.] Dice can be Countered |
Special [Defense] Dice
| Spoiler: | | | - Special [Defense] Dice can have an Item used on it (if its ability corresponds to it) |
Item Dice
| Spoiler: | | | - Item Dice cannot be chained by any other Dice unless the effects of a technique, skill, or ability permits it |
As you can see from the chart above, different Dice can have other dice used after them in order to hinder their effects or help their effects. A Chain is created once the first dice is rolled, so even if you roll the first dice of a match, you are still creating a chain. The chain continues until the effects of the first Dice that began the Chain is resolved._________________ Character Page Coming Soon Kagemaru Character Card |
