Well, I would have to say that a PM would be your best bet. He seems to respond to PMs much better than he does regular posts. But, then, there is also the fact that he might not find you applicable to do so. But, this is just my speculation, so I suggest that you PM him for the specifics and for his output.

At this point, based on how often I see you using Sora I must deny you. You may, however, be eligible for a promotion if you perform at least two missions, or participate in at least 3 different battles.

There is something else that I think you can do in order to receive a promotion that would be much faster. You can always battle against Jisenki and receive a promotion based on how well you do. How does that sound? I think it would be much faster.
