Prisoners here have a very low chance of survival as the entire asylum negates any usage of monster summonings as well as all special abilities. Usually, the prisoners are forced into the Asylum while the people sending the prisoner there remain outside. The asylum isn't extremely large so containing many prisoners isn't allowed.
