It is here that any criminal that is caught will be brought for imprisonment. A very hard steel bar surrounds anyone that is imprisoned and the bars disable alchemy of any kind or any steel manipulation. Only teachers have a key to this place. There is a field within the holding cells of the prison that can negate elemental powers and weapon powers. Creatures can't be summoned here either. There are 5 cells total here. Each cell can hold about 2 people. He reaches the bottom and walks quickly to being in front of Nejisuke Shoujouhi's cell. He places the tray down in front of the cell, and takes a seat across from it. He places his book down.
