Name: Chingon: Posi
Appearance: Chingon: Posi looks like demonic cat. It has all the normal features of a cat: pointed ears, fur (imitation), a tail (though the tail is slimmer and has an arrow at the end), a purple collar which fits perfectly around the neck of the container and paws. But, there are also some other addition to the basic template of a cat: a removed and stitched up right eye, a demonic bat-like wing on the left side of the cat's back, a backpack strap on the right side of the cat's back for Grim to wear it for convenience. Everything on the container is black or purple (the fur is black; inner ear, collar, tip of tail, the bag strap and wings are purple.) Though, the mouth is not visible it is also present and opens to withdraw a soul from a body, which is also purple.

- Spirit Extraction: A technique which is used when someone is dead (0 HP or less; or by special permission from the user) to gain more power for Grim. He will take Posi off of his back and point toward the body. When done, the mouth will open and suck the soul from the body. Once the soul is in the body, the soul is almost as if it is in its own body alive again, but this is only a temporary container so they cannot move. This is only so that the soul can be gathered and Grim can learn what is close enough for them to allow for their soul to be housed in it.
History: This Chingon was created by Grim from a stuffed animal from his childhood, which he modified. Before his massacre, he started the alterations: ripping out and stitching up the eye, adding the strap, wings & tail, and dying everything black and purple. It quickly became something basically attached to Grim, he began carrying it with him everywhere. Everyone who saw him merely checked it off as something a 10 year was doing to seem as cute as he was earlier in his young life. Posi was even worn during the massacre, allowing him to take the soul of Sonnet. Now, he is still unable to part with Posi finding himself unstable, and frantically crying until he is once against holding Posi. If anything were to happen to Posi, there are others, but Posi being his favorite he is unable to be the same.

looks good but for the first one, it should be a weapon rather than equipment since equipment deals with resistance and weapons deal with dice values.
