This is the character template for both lower ranked and higher ranked characters. Please read the template carefully and read the descriptions provided. Please sure to make to follow instructions carefully. Please note that this format can be edited to fit your own style as long as the template remains in the order as provided, can be read, and includes ALL necessary information.


Before you start, read the following terms and make sure you familiarize yourself with them. These are important terms that you will need to know about before you make your character and afterward:

--Main Character Template--

Title
--When you make the title of your character, you may use a nickname or any title that you wish, as long as you specify the ranking of your character in the title.
Examples:

\\\Head Warrior///

Name
--Though this should be obvious, this is where your character's name goes. This isn't your character's nickname or the name they prefer to go by, but its the name that was given to your character at their birth or at their creation. Names do not need to have a surname unless your character was actually given one at birth.

Age
--Your character's age should be a way for others to understand your character, or not. If your character is young, it would be understood if your character is hyper, immature, or a low ranking. It also adds to the character if he is very powerful, bold, and mature because many wouldn't expect it. With regards to the older characters, if they are old then few people would expect to see them in top physical form. For some characters, age could mean that they have great wisdom and power but with drawbacks such as the "bad back". Keep in mind that the sentou gakuin world contains many different types of living beings that age differently. Be sure to give the character's age in their years and in human years.

Gender
--The gender of your character is important in regards to the way that others will perceive him or her. Oftentimes, the male character is seen as the brave and powerful warrior while the female is oftentimes the non-aggressive supporter character that heals people. This doesn't have to be the case. Be creative! Feel free to shape the way others see your character. A lot of this is done by your character's personality, appearance, and background too, so keep that in mind in the later sections.

Breed
--The Sentou Gakuin world is large and full of different people. As one could imagine, humans are not alone in this world. Specify here what breed of living organism your character is. The standard human, demon, alien, etc will be accepted, although if you create a breed that is most likely unknown to the rest of the forum, then it is asked that you give a simple explanation of your character's breed.

Alliance
--Who does your character fight for? Does your character fight for Sentou Gakuin or do they work for Suzaku? Are they a solo warrior that pledges no allegiance to either side? Decide here by writing Sentou Gakuin/Suzaku/ or Neither. Remember that having an alliance with a group does not mean that the character cannot be among the opposite group. perhaps your character is a spy for Sentou Gakuin or Suzaku. This is a legitimate reason for them to join the ranks of Suzaku or Sentou Gakuin as one of them.

Ranking
--This is simple enough. Simply put what rank your character will be if approved. For this template you can only become one of the following ranking.

Warrior Class
--Choose two main warrior classes for your character. This is important because it will decide what type of techniques your character will be able to use in battle as well as what abilities, weapons, items, creatures, and equipment. See links above for more information.

-----Same as Warrior Class except you choose from the Sub-Class list.

Elemental Affinity
--It goes without saying that this is where you specify what element your character has.

Homeland
--This section is completely optional and should be completely removed if you choose to not write in it. Describe where your character comes from. It is encouraged that you use already existing locations. Custom locations will only be accepted if they are near already existing forum locations. This means that good description must be provided. Even though this is an optional section, it will be read and checked if one chooses to fill it out and will count towards approval. There are no line requirements.

Physical Description
--In this section you should describe what your character looks like. Include everything including marks, tattoos, and anything else that would be important for everyone to know. You are allowed to use a picture, but the picture cannot be a substitute for a description.

Personality
--Describe your character with as much description as possible. Include the way your character thinks, how they react towards others, interests, battle attitudes, attitudes in different situations, natural (whether good or bad) habits. Does your character seem more like an evil villain but is a good guy? Does he or she hide a certain secret from others? Is your character even mentally stable? These are all things that must be considered. Though it does sound complicated, it is possible.

History/Background
--This is probably the hardest, longest, and many times, the most rewarding part of your character. Your character's history is the biggest part of your character as it allows others to see what has made your character into the boy, girl, man, or woman that he or she is thus far. Please don't go for the cliche' story that is seen in nearly every anime where the parents are killed, leaving your character to fight for himself and gain skills that are usually unattainable for any child on their own. Its been done...a lot! Make an interesting and creative story that will be remembered.

RP Sample
--This section is only for those that wish to start as Red Ranking or Blue Ranking. Give a simple RPing sample with your character in any setting that makes sense. This section must have at least 100 words and contain at least 3 lines of dialogue.
